By accessing or using Tempō, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of Tempō, including users of the free Personal plan, paid Team plan, and Enterprise plan.
Tempō is a professional productivity application that provides time tracking, invoicing, expense tracking, and related tools for freelancers, professionals, and teams. The service is available on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and the web.
Features vary by subscription plan. Some features, including iCloud sync, Tempō Intelligence, expense tracking, and team workspaces, require a paid subscription.
To use Tempō, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In or an email address. You agree to:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Tempō is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
Tempō offers a free Personal plan with core time tracking and invoicing features. Paid subscriptions (Team and Enterprise) unlock additional features including sync, AI, expenses, and team collaboration.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you also agree to Apple's terms of service for in-app subscriptions. Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's Settings under your Apple ID.

Tempō, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Merano Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Tempō without our prior written consent.
Your data belongs to you. You retain full ownership of all content you create, enter, or upload to Tempō, including time entries, client information, invoices, expenses, notes, and any other data. We claim no ownership over your data.
Tempō is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Merano Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
In no event shall Merano Studio's total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to us in subscription fees during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service in a manner that could harm other users or the service itself. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except in cases of severe or repeated violations.
You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting us. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. On-device data is removed immediately when you delete the app.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email at the address associated with your account and through an in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of Tempō after the effective date of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
