How do I get started?

Download Tempō from the App Store for iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Create an account with Apple Sign-In or email. Start tracking time immediately with the free Personal plan.

How do I upgrade to the Team plan?

Open Tempō on your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings, and tap on your subscription. The Team plan is available as a monthly or annual subscription through the App Store.

How does iCloud sync work?

With the Team plan, your data syncs automatically across all your Apple devices signed into the same iCloud account. Changes appear on other devices within seconds.

Can I use Tempō on the web?

Yes. The web app is available at tempo.spot/app for Team and Enterprise subscribers. Sign in with the same account you use on your Apple devices.

How do Tempō Intelligence features work?

Tempō Intelligence uses Apple's on-device Foundation Models to process voice dictation, extract billing information, and generate CRM notes. All processing happens on your iPhone — nothing is sent to a server.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Your data stays on your device. You'll lose access to sync, AI, expenses, and team features. You can continue using the free Personal plan features.

How do I invite team members?

Create a Hub in the Hubs tab, then tap 'Invite Member' and enter their email address. They'll receive an invitation link that works on iPhone and web.

How do I export my data?

Go to Reports, generate the report you need, and tap Export CSV. You can export time entries, invoices, and expenses.
